The Lofts at Rivertown offers 44 unique floor plans. Innovative studio lofts, one bedroom, two bedroom, tri-level and five penthouse lofts range from 685 sq. ft. to 3,400 sq. ft.

Architectural elements include interior brick walls, 12 ft. wood beam ceilings, concrete bell columns, arched windows and spiral staircases. Select loft residences may be combined to double the square footage to create additional bedrooms, baths and custom living space.

Interior design options include Euro-style kitchens, stainless appliances, closet organizers and choice of flooring – wood, concrete, stone tile and carpet.
