J&J Slavik, Inc. is a world class real estate development and investment company operated by J. Ronald Slavik, son of the late Joseph F. Slavik, one of Detroit’s most successful and respected residential development leaders.

Since its inception in 1952, the Michigan-based developer has constructed more than 16,000 residential apartments and has major holdings in the operation and management of commercial space in metro Detroit, Connecticut, Florida and Oklahoma.
